How To Make Past Carbonara

you've always wanted to know how to make pasta carbonara then this is the recipe for you!

You will need
  • 450 g thick-sliced bacon
  • 80 g italian parsley
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • grated parmesan cheese
  • 450 g linguini
  • fresh ground pepper
  • 3 eggs


  • Step 1: Cooking of the Ingredients

    Sautv© the thick sliced bacon in a small pan until crisp. Remove the cooked bacons with the use of a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel to properly drain excess oil. Then beat 3 eggs thoroughly in a large bowl. Cut the bacon into small squares and set aside.
    1. Step 2: Mixing of Ingredients

      Cook the pasta on a boiling water until firm and tender. Drain carefully the cooked pasta with the use of a colander and pour it into the bowl of beaten eggs. Stir carefully but not vigorously until each strands of pasta is coated with the beaten eggs.
    2. Step 3: Serving the Pasta

      Sprinkle the chopped bacons and Italian parsley on the bowl of pasta coated with egg. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and ground black pepper, if desired.
